Nicely equipped, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. Our 2nd floor unit has high ceilings and extra windows for a welcomebrightness. Each bedroom has a queen size bed as well as cable T.V. There is a queen size sofa bed in living room.Full size laundry room provides convenience. North facing lanai is in shade throughout the day to provide comfortable outdoor dining without the need for sunglasses. Two lounge chairs are provided for reading or napping on the lanai. Ceiling fans and a lake view are additional lanai amenities. Rolling beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided for ease when visiting the numerous nearby beaches. The unit is within easy walking distance of the pools, clubhouse, tennis and bocce courts.
